Barumini and its charming nuraghi

The nuraghe is a type of conical trunk shaped stone building present on the whole territory of Sardinia. These buildings are unique in their kind. They remain standing about seven, scattered all over the island and strongly characterize the Sardinian territory.

The Nuraghe of Barumini is the testimony of the representative Nuraghic and is located in a unique position, in the valley of the Marmilla.
