‘A fest’ you puorc’

The event, organized by the New Puglianello Studies Center, It aims to revive all the old traditions concerning the killing of the pig, with tastings of country cooking specialties at the food stands, where there is mainly the meat of some pigs raised and slaughtered by local farm families.
All will be accompanied by wines from the valley telesina and good music.
