Chocolate Days

Appointment greedy on the seafront in Salerno, from the 29 al 31 March 2019, with the fifth edition of the "Chocolate days", the event that hosts the best artisanal chocolate with the creations of master chocolatiers from all over Italy.

The event is organized by Claai Companies, in collaboration with The Movement of Chocolate and Tourism of Excellence Italian and Tanagro wooden Idea, with the sponsorship of the City of Salerno and the Chamber of Commerce of Salerno.

After the great critical and public success of the stages also held in Pompeii, Naples and Caserta, master chocolatiers will exhibit at the event Salerno in log cabins features, real taste boutiques, their craft of good chocolate creations; at the same time, do not miss appointments with laboratories dedicated to the preparation of chocolates and sweets.

Several news for this fifth edition, conceived and organized by Claai President Gianfranco Ferrigno, proposes that in the days leading up to Easter, a route that crosses the chocolate confectionery axis of Italy.

The artisans of different region of Italy, true artists capable of transforming food into art, also for this edition of Chocolate Days they will create their own artisanal and artistic chocolate creations with the aim of winning the title of the "His Majesty the Chocolate Egg 2019" competition. It will be up to visitors who will access on the waterfront of Salerno admire and vote for "best decoration of chocolate eggs", decreeing the egg more 'beautiful and original.

The event entry is free. Booths will be open to the public all day from 10.00 all 22.00.
