Mojoca Festival

Now in its thirteenth edition, the Mojoca – Festival of street artists takes place in the historic center of Moio della Civitella, in the heart of the National Park of Cilento.
The performances of the artists occupy streets, alleys and squares pm 21.00 at 02.00. In the afternoon, instead, held workshops held by the street artists for children and teens.

The old village is transformed into a lively and colorful open-air theater where they meet acrobats, jugglers, musicians, clown, wise and skilled manipulators of gestures timeless.
Music, big circus performances, amazing acrobatics, hilarious shows and refined performance, color and passion mixed by the great street art breath.

The term is a pun Mojoca, an anagram composed of the word "Mojo", the country Cilento at the foot of Civitella and the Festival Theater, and the term "joca", dialect verb which means to play and which in its imperative form becomes “Plays! , Have a good time!”
The old town of Moio provides truly enchanting views and thanks to spectacular play of light and find each location becomes a small open-air theater where the artist can perform "to measure" public.
