It opens Friday 21 June the literary review “Positano 2019 Great, Sun and Culture " which this year reaches its XXVII edition.
The review, chaired by Aldo Grasso and included in "The Book of the City", is a project promoted by the Center for the Book and Reading, the Foundation for Books, Music and Culture and the National Association of Italian Municipalities (ANCI), and back to Positano from 21 June to 15 July 2019.
"Horizons. Stories without borders "is the theme chosen for this new edition. "The horizon is the line between sea and earth from heaven. Its strength is that it is constantly changing with the changing of the position of the beholder. Well aware of navigators and explorers, all those who in one way or another have grappled with the unknown. But I also understand those who are immersed in the daily reality and it has to do with the seemingly trivial matters of our lives ".
Cut the ribbon of the XXVII edition, Friday 21 June at 21.00 Beach Great will be Alessandro Siani, author Luciano De Crescenzo of the volume NAPOLITUDE (Mondadori) which together with the journalist Ciro Pellegrino will create a reflection on "Horizons and memories".
The inaugural will therefore be an evening dedicated to Naples yesterday and today, an encounter confrontation between those who are aware of its excellence, but also of the multiple contradictions.
