From the 3 al 7 July Salerno and the welcoming land of Campana host choirs at the festival, an appointment that is renewed by the 2010 and he has seen over the years a total attendance of over 300 choirs and 11.000 participants from all over Italy and abroad.
Five days of music, art, culture and the sun! Many appointments scheduled with concerts in Salerno and other beautiful cities of Campania, the Amalfi Coast and beyond. They are invited to participate in Italian and foreign choirs of any type and with different proposals repertory, from the sacred to the profane, from folk to pop. As usual there will be some guest choirs, new location, surprises e Announcements to live together.
In addition to concerts, the festival offers opportunities for training with workshops on specific repertoires and high-profile lecturers. And in your free time you will have the chance to admire the beauty of this land: the wonders of Coast (Amalfi, Sorrento, Ravello, Atrani, Vietri sul Mare) the majesty of the valley of the Temples of Paestum, by the fascinating archaeological parks Pompei ed Ercolano a Reggia di Caserta, the largest royal residence in the world, from the heart of Via Toledo button in Naples at Via Mercanti shops in Salerno.
And for gourmands, buffalo mozzarella and pizza like you've never eaten! Salerno Festival: music, art and culture. A concentration of enthusiasm with the right ingredients for choral experience to remember.
Participation in the festival
The arrival of the choirs will be scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday, 3 July, day opening the festival.
You can a shorter participation through Thursday arrival 4 July or Friday 5 July.
At the festival can join choruses of each type (voices, youth choirs, school choirs, choirs of equal voices male or female, Cori move). Together with the singers will also welcome any carers and family. To participate in the Salerno Festival choirs should complete the application for membership by 15 March 2019.
Entries received subsequently will be accepted at the discretion of the organization based on the availability of seats and in order to ensure the optimal execution of the event.

Choirs who register for the festival have the opportunity to perform with other choirs on several occasions.
Concerts in the city
They are scheduled in different days of the festival and take place indoors in the city of Salerno (churches, museums, concert halls, theater, castelli).
Concerts on the territory
They are scheduled in different days of the festival (depending on the members and for the participation) and take place indoors, in the late afternoon and evening (churches, museums, concert halls, theater, castles and shrines), in different cities of the territory which, for example, Naples, Amalfi, Caserta, Pompei, Ravello and other.
Concerts drink and nightlife
They are open-air concerts that are held in the afternoon aperitif time or late evening in the town of Salerno (Santa Teresa Beach, squares of the Historical Center, Castello di Arechi, other prestigious places for citizenship).
